1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the zya9 platform, you must meet the following conditions.

1.1 Age Requirements

All zya9 services are for users aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your correct age at the time of registration. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, zya9 reserves the right to immediately close that account and seize any deposited funds. This 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced and no exceptions are made.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for individuals residing in Bangladesh. You confirm that participating in online gaming is lawful in your area and that you are not subject to any government restrictions. It is the user's own responsibility to stay informed about local laws applicable to their area.

1.3 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or home address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account at zya9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing your full name, correct contact details, and valid payment method information is mandatory. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in your account being cancelled.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

zya9 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may require a copy of your national ID or passport, as well as proof of address documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. This process is essential for security and fraud prevention.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the zya9 support team immediately. zya9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosing your login details to a third party.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

zya9 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method). The maximum limit is determined by the user's account tier.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed. zya9 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual withdrawals.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in any other currency are not accepted.

3.4 Transaction Rejection

zya9 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction in cases of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or violation of these terms. In such situations, the support team will contact the user.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

zya9 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus and you can start playing with ৳2,000 in total. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and you can play with ৳26,000 in total.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only apply to specific games — the detailed terms of each offer will be communicated separately.
• There may be a maximum bet limit per round when wagering with bonus funds.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time period after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings earned from a bonus must have wagering completed before they can be withdrawn.
• If zya9 suspects abuse of any bonus offer, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 VIP Program

The zya9 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; Platinum — up to 1.0%. You can advance to higher tiers through regular activity. The specific benefits of each tier are communicated separately.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 Fair Play

zya9 is committed to ensuring a completely fair and transparent gaming environment. Our games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that the outcome of every round is entirely random and not predetermined. Our systems are regularly tested by independent third parties.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during a game session, that round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded. If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue, the server record will be considered final.

5.3 Bet Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. Additional limits may apply when betting with bonus funds.

5.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on popular sports in Bangladesh such as cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and others. It is the user's responsibility to verify the rules and odds for a specific event before placing a bet. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed, unless a cash-out option is available under specific conditions.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zya9 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Using automated bots, software, or algorithms to play games.
• Any form of manipulation or hacking attempt to alter game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to abuse bonuses or rewards.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an undue advantage.
• Creating or managing accounts for minors.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Using harmful, obscene, or offensive language.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

zya9 collects and stores users' personal information, including name, contact details, identity verification documents, and transaction history. This information is used to provide services, ensure security, and meet legal obligations.

7.2 SSL Security

Our platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all your information and financial transactions secure. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by zya9

zya9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspected money laundering or action under legal obligations.
• If it comes to light that the user is a minor.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before closing the account, any pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and eligible balances must be withdrawn.

8.3 Right to Appeal

If your account is suspended, you may appeal via the support email. zya9 will fairly consider all appeals and communicate its decision.

9. Responsible Gaming

zya9 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed within controlled limits. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

9.1 Self-Control Tools

You may request the following features through our support team: setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; temporarily locking your account for a set period; and permanent self-exclusion. Using these tools will help you keep your gaming habits healthy.

9.2 Warning Signs

Signs of a gaming problem include: betting beyond your budget, a tendency to bet more to recover losses, prioritising gaming over family or work, and feeling stressed because of gaming. If you notice these signs, contact our support team right away.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Nature of Service

zya9 provides services on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but zya9 will not be liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

10.2 Limit of Damages

zya9's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days prior to the specific claim in question. zya9 is not liable for indirect, special, or incidental damages.

10.3 Internet Connection

It is the user's responsibility to ensure a quality internet connection. zya9 will not be liable for any loss caused by a game outcome being affected by an internet disconnection.

11. Changes to Terms

zya9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms. It is recommended to review this page regularly. The date of the last update to these terms is shown at the top of the page.

11.1 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one clause will not affect the agreement as a whole.
